Claiming ASYLUM.... IS. NOT. ILLEGAL.

Don't like the ASYLUM Law....tell your congressman to vote it out.
Until then, it is a LEGAL process for any immigrant entering US territory.
Taking a parent's child for legally entering the US is just BS scare tactics.
It actually is if you don't seek asylum in the first country you enter.
So walking through several countries to get to the most generous one is illegal.
In addition, asylum requests must occur at a legal entry point in this country.
I guess Tom Homan will be the judge of that.
Having an app to coordinate flights is an abomination and slap in the face of pur citizens. This process will be ended post haste.

You couldn't be more wrong and obviously don't know the US ASYLUM Law. Read up buddy.....
"Is seeking asylum legal?
Yes, seeking asylum is legal. Asylum seekers must be in the U.S. OR at a port of entry (an airport or an official land crossing) to request the opportunity to apply for asylum."

"However, under U.S. law, a person seeking asylum may do so by arriving at the border and asking to be screened by U.S. officials at a “port of entry,” or by entering the U.S. without prior inspection and then declaring their fear of persecution."

Looks like that application was denied. I’m sure the visa is abused (and that should be curtailed) but Republicans have long been in favor of a merit-based immigration system rather than the family based system we have now. The H1b is the best example of a merit based visa - intended to bring well educated people here who are needed in the workforce (and who do not displace American workers). I’m seeing some on X argue against any immigration altogether and that is dumb as hell.
Yea. I'm not for zero. But it's not just a little abuse.

We can't just send all our industry overseas then import people to do our work. Nations can't survive like that.

It is even pushing out Americans from teaching positions at universities. Foreign governments pay money to accept their students... we educate them... we train them... and then many return home while our country loses twice on that.

Booz Allen and companies like them is how our government works around hiring limits. Booz has thousands of people who work for the CIA and NSA. That still baffles me after the Snowden leak.

I guess we'll see.
Port of entry was correct.
Checkout the safe third country provisions.
Hold onto your hat. Mr Homan is probablu going to really chap your ass.

I am a simple man, for the life of me I cannot see why several are still conversing with anuses....

plural noun: anuses
  1. the opening at the end of the alimentary canal through which solid waste matter leaves the body....
The mind boggles. 70% of the posts on here would disappear if all the left clowns were on ignore by everyone. And it would be a much better site. It’s like slugging yourself in the face to engage them. I’ll never understand it.

These tweets are trying to draw conclusions that just arent true. Talk to anyone in tech. There is a massive talent void. They literally cant hire people. Without these visas, production in our tech industry would literally grind to a halt.

Everyone's ire should be on offshoring. That's what actually cuts into wages and their work product is poor.

The funny thing is with most the clowns on here that argue with me..... is that I am actually a big proponent of getting rid of ASYLUM and cracking down on illegal immigration.
Just because I'm not a fan of kids in cages and sending grandmas back to Peru who have been here 20 years doesn't mean I want unfettered immigration. I'm a huge fan of getting rid of immigrants who commit crimes and don't follow our laws.
Just not a fan of extremist policies.
Both parties are equally guilty of passing zero immigration laws or dealing with the current Asylum Laws.
Finger pointing is the game both parties use to keep bringing in cheap labor.

How do you think we got to this point though? It didn't start last year. We've been using our immigration process as a way to drive down wages for decades. Then when people don't even consider working in those jobs we "Need" to import more because American's "won't" work. I'm truly interested on what people think is going to happen when we stop doing anything here domestically? Just keep doing more of the same and hope for a different result I guess. It's always worked out great in the past. I guess if it gets bad enough people will stop coming in because our standard of living will lower than theirs... that's something to look forward to.

Joe is doing NOTHING. It is his handlers...the real communists...
Just curious. Can you name three Communist policies that Biden enacted in the last 4 years? What private industries/companies did Biden seize and place the government in charge of??
Also.... Are you a fan of Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid etc? Those are socialist programs.
Might wanna check your definition of "Communism". 😂

In typical fashion you are ill informed. Certainly the illegals are motivated by leftist coaching to claim asylum. In your ignorance you believe a simple claim is all that is necessary. Well guess what, shocker, 71% of those claims are BS and the claim denied....see ya. Get your facts straight.

Gawd you're dumb. Fortunately with him being on vacation 40% of his term he was limited in getting anything accomplished. Not that he didn't try. Like his communist attempt to overturn legal contracts known as student loans. Communist policies like telling citizens what kitchen appliances they can own. Dictates like communists would make such as min wage rates. Communist style of pardons for his family.

As for your idiotic calling SSI as socialism? It is actually insurance that we pay into...our own account. Far from socialism.

It got this way by an entire generation being brainwashed with the woke mind virus. They wont work. Then you have tech exploding.

These companies hire every American they can get. Hardly any programmer has a 4 year degree. Any entry level programming job pays over 60k easily. I know people making an incredible wage that didn't even graduate highschool.

They have by far the most relaxed work environment and facilities probably in the history of our country. Their workplace looks like a game room. Think a factory worker can just decide to take a break to play video games or get food/coffee/craft beer from their in house amenities? Lawyers certainly cant.

None of that happens if there is a good roster of talent out there. What little there is, with any experience, can basically name their price and are constantly getting poached for more money and better office environments.

Its unlike any other industry in the history of our country and the power structure is all with the employees because of the numbers problem. Thats WITH the foreign workers. Without them, everything stops.

Hopefully gets a tough punishment for both crimes. This dumb b-tch stole a car pretending to have a gun and then sold it for $40 haha. She didn't even ask for triple digits.

From the article:

A 26-year-old Memphis woman was arrested on Christmas Eve after allegedly assaulting a nurse at Methodist South Hospital, stating she did not want to be treated by a white attendant.

The incident occurred on Tuesday when the woman, Dashawna Williams, reportedly punched a nurse in the face with a closed fist while receiving treatment at the hospital. According to law enforcement, Williams admitted to striking the nurse because of her race.

Court records also revealed that Williams had an outstanding warrant from December 4 in connection to a carjacking case, according to a report from WREG.

Last year, she allegedly approached a man outside a convenience store, pretended to have a gun, and demanded his Nissan Altima. After taking the vehicle, she reportedly sold it for $40.

We had a black guy shoot up our camp at Tan My with an M-16 because he felt he was being put upon. I think he mostly just wanted to go home because he didn't hit anybody. He got to go home, but I expect he spent some time in the brig before they discharged him.
