Nope. Legislature says Beshear/governor has pick between three they nominate. But, Beshear says he won't abide & will challenge legality in court. Replacement election can't happen till Nov. 2026.

Challenge it how? I guess in theory to the (liberal) Kentucky Supreme Court, but how could they overturn a clear Legislative prerogative? It's their call, and they made it. The viable challenge was from Beshears veto, but it was nuked. It's a done deal.

Arizona is a swing state and it's not like she got her ass kicked either time, both losses were like 1%. Maybe a more popular candidate could've won, maybe not. Trump is 2 for 3 there, but that's Trump. Not everyone else necessarily can ride his momentum.
