It’s interesting…Vivek definitely brings a flair/say whatever attitude that a lot of Trump’s base relates to…but I don’t think he brings over moderates.

For all of Trump’s gumption…he doesn’t come across as snotty as Vivek (I like Vivek…but that has been said)

Also think they REALLY want/need a female in 2028 on the ticket.

I love Vivek. I was 50/50 on Trump or Desantis but as the campaign went I was 99% Trump and the 1% was for Vivek if they screwed Trump. I've watched lots of podcast with Vivek and he is either a really great liar or he honestly gets a lot of the issues at a base level.

We have to get the Mitch and Lindsey wing out of the decision making to do that. Pubs probably lost 2 Senate seats and several house seats because the old school Pubs refused to work on the presidents agenda and just did what they always did.

All the OG’s that date back before me talk about the civility of the past. But, I’ve gotta say that ever since I’ve been here most everyone has had to get their knuckles bloodied from time to time. There are a select few “moderates” in this thread who think they are above it. I much prefer when you don’t try to disguise/deny doing it.

I don’t mind taking it because I dish it. I’ve blocked 2 or 3 posters over the years, but have never reported anyone for a post. This thread isn’t for the weak and never really has been since I’ve been around.

In my late 20s three years I lived in Oxford Ohio, going back to Oxford soon to see a couple old friends. That place was funny to me, during the summer all the college kids left and it was a ghost town. Small town during the summer, and then add 30 thousand students the rest of the year.

i live 30 mi from oxford and 50 mi from springfield. used to go to oxford in high school and drink beer in the bars. they were very lax about checking id’s back then when all the students were there

Susie Wiles has been a very successful lobbyist for China and Russia and will be a big asset in dealing with those countries.But her most important accomplishment is with the pharmaceutical companies and vaccines.

The GOP has been drifting away from conservatives for a few years now and Susie Wiles is the perfect choice to move the MAGA movement forward as it separates from the conservative wing of the party.
