This brings up a pet peeve of mine, and that is encrypted police and emergency radio communications. It's no secret that I'm a radio hound, but every year, more and more of this radio traffic is going encrypted. I think that is reprehensible. And I think it violates FOIA.
Now, I can understand having an encrypted tac frequency, but for everything else, that should be available for the public to monitor.
I listened to some of this and I just want to get something straight. The government can illegally arrest someone for a BS criminal charge, and then not have to answer for it or release any details because it's an ongoing "criminal" investigation? Do people not see that this is a HUGE problem?? It shouldn't matter where you stand politically, every American should be furious with that! There was a time when it was the liberals who fought against this stuff. But now that they are in power, they champion it.

SCOTUS did it incorrectly and they essentially corrected it. A reversible error. Why? Because there was NEVER a constitutional right in the first place.....except in the states via the 10th.

It's sad that someone who sounds like an intelligent person has been duped so completely by blatant lies propagated by the MSM.
First, my assumption would be that the young person asleep in the driver's seat is probably unconscious due to drugs. Second, if this person was so concerned, why not turn around and provide help to this person yourself? Or, call 911 and stick around until they show up to make sure nothing unfortunate happens to the sleeping individual. I guess it's more convenient to NOT call anyone and then make some lame-ass excuse that it's ultimately in the unconscious person's best interest that she didn't call 911. Talk about twisted logic. Okay..I see someone having what appears to be an epileptic fit. Since the individual is black and we all know that white doctors purposely kill way more black patients than white ones, I'll ignore the person's plight and justify my indifference by stating 'what we all know'.
