No, that average is Trump/Biden. There have been around ten polls since the change, all within the margin of error(basically tied), except for one Harris +4. That's the current pool of relevant data.

I have always loathed rafters. I tried to go over there when Pope became coach to read all the news and what players we were getting but I quickly gave up. Yes, based on history, if Trump is tied/leading/or within 3 to 4 points in the National average it is probably good news for him.

Nope I love that Maher has kept it real with how dumb the fringe of our party has gotten. None of it plays well in elections either and ultimately that matters. Maher isn’t afraid to bring people from the right on either, he does jt all the time which I appreciate too. He still hates Trump (we all do) but he also calls out the left on their nonsense which I appreciate too. The stupidity of supporting Hamas, the gender issue nonsense, etc.
