Nope. You claimed the Fed "sets" interstate speed limits. "sets" is the present, TODAY, not 1995 or before. States set their own speed limits TODAY - as your posted article states. And before the 1970's oil "crisis", they never set speed limits. It was a temporary thing.

I’m not one that thinks we should default back Israel always, no matter what.
