As far as I know, paper ballots have unique barcodes so that they can’t be copied. That doesn’t stop them from being illegally filled out.

One of the best ways to decrease crime is by having communities full of successful private ownership and pride in their towns and neighborhoods.

The unmitigated gall of Lurch to stand up and say that the world would feel better about Russia invading Ukraine if only they'd make an effort to reduce their emissions. It's one of the most ludicrous things I've ever heard. Either way, he's always been a joke on a national scale but this may have significantly reduced his laughably poor public perception even further.
