I just don’t understand how they are essentially saying Trump bamboozled the banks, but the banks themselves say “no, we did our own valuations, lended money based on those valuations, got paid back as agreed upon, and came out with a profit”. The banks say “all is good”, yet NY is saying “no, you were victimized”. I‘m not a lawyer but it SEEMS like there would be a way for this to be smacked down for the sheer absurdity. The NY Governor said publicly that developers don't need to be worried it will happen to them, essentially admitting it was a political hit job. There is zero justification for the judgement and it sets an awful precedent. The problem is they craftily set the amount and Trump has to post a bond on that amount or have his property seized. It was purposely crafted for it to be difficult for him to comply prior to his appeal. I wish there were some sort of way to counter sue this judge and DA and get some sort of injunction that puts the penalty on hold. I'm not a lawyer and have no clue of what his options outside of the appeal are to fight this injustice.
He chose Brownsville for that very reason. So he can go there and gaslight the useful idiots that the border isn't facing some surge.
Thanks, Joe!
It should and likely will be in appeals court, but it's structured in a way that Trump will face harm in one way or another trying to comply until it can be appealed. Of course, It is an egregious injustice, but that judgement was made before they ever entered the courtroom. It didn't matter one iota what anyone testified about Trump and how he was a model client who they loved working with. None of that mattered a bit. This was a highly partisan Kangaroo Court ruling that was decided before they ever went through their show trial.I just don’t understand how they are essentially saying Trump bamboozled the banks, but the banks themselves say “no, we did our own valuations, lended money based on those valuations, got paid back as agreed upon, and came out with a profit”. Stuff like this is the reason that the communist party of America endorses democrats like Joe Biden. Birds Of A Feather. These slimeballs are the result of immigrants who refuse to assimilate into american society, and their votes are having consequences.

Two far-left House lawmakers went on a secret trip to Cuba, drawing outrage from Republicans
Progressive Reps. Pramila Jayapal (D-Wash.) and Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) traveled to Cuba last week — a secret trip has outraged several Republican lawmakers.nypost.com
His good buddy Shumar won't be around. Will still be around to try and help his other buddy that is a registered republican but actually is an independent or democrat in actions, Lisa Murkowski. He is with that little bunch. Hopefully Barraso takes his place.
You just gotta realize what's they're actually doing here...its democrats, they have unquenchable thirst for power and to do it by destroying any system they can.
Last presidential election had 66% turnout so just over 13 of them voted. So of those voting 13, probably 3, 4, know some about Newsom? Being generous? Less than a third of actual voters. And of course that isn't even addressing the fact that that participatory 66% rotates so more of the 20 are actually involved in voting than just those 13(Edit: after doing the math on this it adds another 1 or 2 people, depending on the multiyear participation percentages you go with, taking the ultimate total to 14 or 15 of the 20). Of course all is roughly speculative, but just those rough numbers would give a far more accurate model of the electorate than just carbon copying @trueblujr2 and his anecdotal knowledge of Newsom onto 100% of voters like he tried to do.

A List Of GOP Senate Chief's Worst Blunders In Leadership
Republican Senate Leader Mitch McConnell of Kentucky announced Tuesday he would step down from leadership.thefederalist.com
Demoncrats call it, saving democracy
Kinda like the mail in ballots? Never in history such a thing. Why aren't people in jail? Over three years now. Pointed out laws that Biden is breaking now? Where is the DOJ? Never in the history has any president broke laws like these. A president to sink so low as to put our citizens at risk from drug dealers, gang members, killers and probably a few terrorist for good measure. Forgiving student debt loans even though the Supreme Court said NO. No other president has done such a thing that will cause hard working tax payers more burden. Working with foreign governments to secure money for his family. Just unbelievable the number of countries he was dealing with when it is against the law and a very serious jailable offense. Dealing with several foreign governments for personal gain over our country, how could it get any worse?Yeah, this was a novel coup attempt, agreed. That makes it worse, not better. No one, not a single person in the entire history of our country, has ever sunk to the depths Trump did. The entire point of the Electoral College, above and beyond its lopsided representation, was so someone who would do such a thing could never reach the office.
Of what? Democratic freedom of self determination? Yes. I would prefer Ukraine stay out from under Russia’s thumb for the sake of the lives of the people of Ukraine. If they did not want that they would’ve rolled over like the Afghans. But they’re willing to fight and die for the freedoms you take for granted typing from your comfy chair in your cozy living room. Ukraine did not ask for this war. You love the idea of self defense when Kyle Rittenhouse is shooting protestors but hate it when an entire country is invaded for conquest.
A white water rafting co in NY was sued under this same law. They had dozens of injuries and 1 death linked to their trips. They got fined $50,000 and are still in business.I just don’t understand how they are essentially saying Trump bamboozled the banks, but the banks themselves say “no, we did our own valuations, lended money based on those valuations, got paid back as agreed upon, and came out with a profit”. Cali and Illinois budget problems are insane and nobody is talking about it. They are going to have tons of people expecting pensions and benefits that there just isn't money for.Cali has an expected budget deficit of $38 BILLION this year (compare this to Florida's surplus, and you'll see quickly and easily which party you'd want to govern you).
What's really interesting is that, in spite of an economy that averages 5.6% growth over the last decade, thye STILL can't manage their budget. That's a HUGE tailwind... and they STILL can't manage properly.
Bottom Line: Democrats are simply incompetent... but we already knew it.
Actually the shooters are older than 18 and have been identified. But this does show the total hypocrisy when it comes to the media hiding "black" names or faces behind much of the crime out there. The FBI X post farce is a great example of the charade. We all know when we hear a certain crime type and are able to ID the perps "identity" without media help. Especially when it is a white perp that is pointed out immediately, no matter the age.
Aye I got dis, it all good bruh
The city of San Francisco issued a formal apology to black residents on Tuesday for racism.
The San Francisco Board of Supervisors — which is officially nonpartisan but is composed of 11 Democrats — unanimously passed a resolution apologizing to black residents for racism.
The apology reads:
Seems like in San Fran, they should be apologizing to the Asian American community.

No my friend, you are the one that's brainwashed. If you don't see that the demoncrat party is taking America towards full blown communism then just how dense are you. If your party had their way Donald Trump would be in prison just like Navalny was & would be killed in prison, just like Navalny was.
And worse of all is the man that reads garbage and interprets it as gold.
Lots of oil in that area. Chevron/Phillip's refinery in that vicinity too. Anybody talkin' bout that?Wow, they trying to burn Texas down??
Texas Panhandle wildfire grows into one of largest in state's …

That's some irony right there folks. And worse of all is the man that reads garbage and interprets it as gold.
