I just don’t understand how they are essentially saying Trump bamboozled the banks, but the banks themselves say “no, we did our own valuations, lended money based on those valuations, got paid back as agreed upon, and came out with a profit”. The banks say “all is good”, yet NY is saying “no, you were victimized”. I‘m not a lawyer but it SEEMS like there would be a way for this to be smacked down for the sheer absurdity.
Get out of NY people.

It should and likely will be in appeals court, but it's structured in a way that Trump will face harm in one way or another trying to comply until it can be appealed. Of course, It is an egregious injustice, but that judgement was made before they ever entered the courtroom. It didn't matter one iota what anyone testified about Trump and how he was a model client who they loved working with. None of that mattered a bit. This was a highly partisan Kangaroo Court ruling that was decided before they ever went through their show trial.

They're working to get all of this to the Supreme Court so the court will obviously throw it out then they can turn and say the court is illegitimate and insurrectionists and the media and their partisan lemmings will fall right in line.

Kinda like the mail in ballots? Never in history such a thing. Why aren't people in jail? Over three years now. Pointed out laws that Biden is breaking now? Where is the DOJ? Never in the history has any president broke laws like these. Forgiving student debt loans even though the Supreme Court said NO. No other president has done such a thing that will cause hard working tax payers more burden. Working with foreign governments to secure money for his family. Just unbelievable the number of countries he was dealing with when it is against the law and a very serious jailable offense. Dealing with several foreign governments for personal gain over our country, how could it get any worse?

A white water rafting co in NY was sued under this same law. They had dozens of injuries and 1 death linked to their trips. They got fined $50,000 and are still in business.
Cali and Illinois budget problems are insane and nobody is talking about it. They are going to have tons of people expecting pensions and benefits that there just isn't money for.

Actually the shooters are older than 18 and have been identified. But this does show the total hypocrisy when it comes to the media hiding "black" names or faces behind much of the crime out there. The FBI X post farce is a great example of the charade. We all know when we hear a certain crime type and are able to ID the perps "identity" without media help.
