Well the 25th is a separate issue, and I suppose there is an argument to be had. Personally I would prefer Biden not be removed by the 25th and let voters have their say this November.
Regardless, the bar for removing a President from office or disqualifying a Presidential candidate (particularly the leading candidate) must be extremely high. SCOTUS needs to beat down this lunacy with a vengeance, and hopefully in unanimous 9-0 fashion.
I’m more curious how the state of NY is simply going to take $350MM or whatever it is from Trump. They made up a crime (there are no victims and if it truly was a crime, the banks that did their own valuations are equally as guilty) and are going to take a huge amount of money for said crime. If there’s no legal way to fight this, then FL/TX/TN and other red states should find every democrat that has build major properties in their state and do the exact same thing.

Yep. The banks made money off of those loans. Didn't lend the money based on Trump's valuations, as no bank would. If the people of NY don't petition the govt and protest to have the criminals removed and disbarred that perpetuated this farcical legal crime, it's likely to get much worse for everyone.
While that may sound good to our nature, we need to think it through better. That is EXACTLY what the criminal politicians want. They want to be able to seize property without cause or crime and BK people they don't like. They know it's only a matter of time until the right people have been bought or put in place for them to finish off the conservatives that will obey laws.
What really needs to be done is for federal funds to be withheld from states that deny people due process, blind justice, and their constitutional rights. Same goes for states and officials within them that don't protect their citizens and their rights. Their needs to be civil and criminal penalties for abuse of power and misapplication of the law.
Problem is a country half full of ignorant and unwilling people.

The NY Governor said publicly that developers don't need to be worried it will happen to them, essentially admitting it was a political hit job. There is zero justification for the judgement and it sets an awful precedent. The problem is they craftily set the amount and Trump has to post a bond on that amount or have his property seized. It was purposely crafted for it to be difficult for him to comply prior to his appeal. I wish there were some sort of way to counter sue this judge and DA and get some sort of injunction that puts the penalty on hold. I'm not a lawyer and have no clue of what his options outside of the appeal are to fight this injustice.
Disagree with the "Don't make waves" item on your list. I think they are taught the opposite these days. Make as many waves as possible, get out in the streets, march, vandalize, block traffic, throw soup or paint on masterpieces, cement their hands to the pavement, attack innocent people, you name it. They are being taught to be activists.
