This is why I don’t buy the polling. It’s too early and people are just learning who the potential candidates are. The polling would suggest people in KC don’t even know who Ron Desantis is.
That overpopulation video is filled with some ugly assumptions. The conclusion that he and his wife can feel great about saving lives because healthy people will decide to have less children is asinine. THAT is why he feels great? If the population was not predicted to go down, would he think it better not to save those lives? And, population has exploded, but his conclusions about food and poverty are not founded in fact. We CAN feed the world and are doing it better than ever before with a much larger world population. That is some crazy stuff.
Everybody be careful as we head into stroke season.
Somebody please 'splain to me how improving healthcare will reduce population? So more people living longer and healthier lives means there will be less of us? How's that work?

Then, is the actual question asked reflected in the poll? "If Trump says Mitch McConnell is truly a man of the people, who do you prefer, Trump or Desantis? -Poll reveals Republicans support Desantis."
Then, then, how the polling magically tightens right before election. Every fn time.

So, what's the problem here? I don't care for Gates but he isn't saying anything wrong. Our country went through the same thing he's talking about. With better health and a better economic future, you don't need 10 kids or have to have 10 kids. That's all he's saying.
Yes, polling is VERY vulnerable to both intentional and unintentional bias.
