Did he make it mandatory? YES. In fact there are several ongoing court cases about this jackass making it mandatory just seven months after saying he did not have the authority to make it mandatory.

Along those lines ... did the federal gov't, under China Joe, force twitter or other big tech to do things? In the speaking sense, no. In the legal sense, yes. Yes they did. When the USG "suggests" something, then there is a threat of force behind it. And in a similar vein, when the "acting" POTUS says things like "pandemic of the unvaccinated" and trying to block those same people from livelihoods, traveling or facilities, then he is doing that with a backing of the USG, implying FORCE. SO, in a technical sense ... YES he did force it on all of us. But again, I'm pushing you past your mental capabilities.

Yeah, Matteo does not believe clips of Biden’s own words wherein Biden essentially admits that it was Trump who got the vaccines to the market quickly, so much so that Biden could not believe they were safe. Now, Biden exclaims they are safe. If true, Trump gets the credit. If not, they both failed. One because he got it to the market flawed and the other because he forced it upon people.
