The issue is not "how little their work is worth". The issue is what is the cost to replace them.

Yeah, not sure what cause of action he has against the DNC or a campaign. While Biden was a senator, I am not sure that this amounts to a violation of his rights. He may have a cause of action against Twitter for defamation if banning places someone in the false light of violating a TOS, such as spreading disinformation and that was a lie.
What we know, from the past and from this, is that the DNC is crooked. Well, duh.
