In google searches, I can find a few main points:
1) few studies have really been done so any Olympic committee actions are being taken without absolute facts. So maybe all is well, maybe it isn’t?
2) studies DO show one year of replacement therapy does not reduce testosterone enough to eliminate an advantage. Needs to be reviewed, but in this case Lia has been trans for two years now or so?
3) which brings me to the point I was going to ask: is testosterone the right metric? Does it offset explosiveness, lean muscle mass enough to eliminate the advantage? This seems very much up for debate among medical professionals, but I guess If you begin to listen to this you are just a bigot and an asshole
