He is caught in multiple videos calling for breaching the capital and whispering orders to the people who breached the barricades. He hasn't been arrested, or even charged, but he was right there in the capital with everyone else.

Both are valid points. Yes, what the guy did was awful and no one should be celebrating it. He should be prosecuted to fullest extent under the law obviously. That said, it is ironic that everyone on here is so up in arms over this and how fast Mitch was to stand up and make sure Kavanaugh gets protection vs. how slow he is to help school kids from being murdered. Also, since most on here see mass shootings as just something we have to live with so we can keep our precious guns, just realize shit like this will happen too. Nothing is safe with such easy access to ARs.

This would officially make Twitter a State actor and thus no longer afforded the same privileges as a private company when it comes to freedom of speech and the 1A. Already pulled mine out after last year with all of the crazy curriculum. She started 10th grade this year home schooled and loves it. In fact, has learned more in 1 year of home school then she did in the last 2 or 3. She is doing college courses online over the summer. Started this week. She will continue to take them through her 11th and 12th grade years and have a leg up when she graduates high school.
