And if he had to wait 3 more years it would have stopped him from going to a school? It’s not like he attended the school. It was a primary school. Instead, we would just be talking 3 years later about the same thing.
However, if proper protocols and security measures were followed at the school, then we’d be talking about an evil person who tried to gain access but couldn’t. There wasn’t even a resource officer there for goodness sake. Then kids wouldn’t have died and his rights to a gun would have been stripped forever if he was left alive.
We have enough laws on the books and protocols to follow. Also there are additional practical protocols that would keep children even safer. But we’d rather send 44 Billion for other countries to give their citizens guns to fight bad guys.

They said that authorities had been contacted on this kid over 130 times. He posted videos of dismembered animals that he did the cutting up. He told people he was going to kill people. He constantly got into fights and assaulted people. People are arguing about a red flag law and this kid didn't get any psyche eval or some low level charges on stuff to at least get him. Everyone around this kid was calling someone of authority to get him watched.
Red flag laws are a back door way for dems to get "may issue" and we all know it.
