Trump couldn't have stepped in to stop the energy pullback? He embraced and encouraged lockdowns and was all in on the vaccines. He was in charge so it's his fault. If the feds had set a policy of keep old people home but keep sending everyone else to work the states would have followed. Instead Trump made no effort to push policy and we got the hodgepodge stupid state policies. He also tried to severely downplay the initial phase of covid causing everyone to freak the **** out when they found out how much lying was happening. He failed to lead and destroyed the economy.
