Most real military grade hardware has enough restrictions already. Like I said you're barking up the wrong tree here, I'm not a liberal who's obsessed with gun control. My solution to that problem is universal healthcare, which includes mental health. People need counseling without stigma and education in gun safety. I had it as a required course in school in 6th grade and it's stuck with me. Guns are tools and just like any powerful tool they require education in responsible use.
