No, you and your so-called "history" teacher are liars.
Yes, check the primary sources.
The country was not set up as a theocracy, true, but the founding fathers were clearly and unequivocally Christian, save a deist here or there; they intentionally set up a Christian nation, full stop.
It's not open for debate.
That historical document you posted has some discrepancies that the Senate rejected later, the quote you listed is one.Yeah historical documents are lies. Only Trump speaks the truth. Y’all are nuts.
Link? There are disputes about the translation of the Arabic version but regardless of the translation that is the English version that was unanimously ratified by the US Senate. That historical document you posted has some discrepancies that the Senate rejected later, the quote you listed is one.
Better read more into that Dion. In 1805, after the treaty was broken, and new almost identical one was approved, that statement you posted was removed.Link? “the Barlow translation (Article 11 included) was the text presented by the President and ratified unanimously in 1797 by the U.S. Senate following strict Constitutional procedures.”
And the pitcher plant caught many flies that day. Flies feasting on the giant steaming pile of tweets and facebook memes that is this thread.
The wording of the new treaty differed in lots of ways but the bulk of the statement I referenced is still in there, just as Article 14 not 11.Better read more into that Dion. In 1805, after the treaty was broken, and new almost identical one was approved, that statement you posted was removed.
You take one statement, while not including the whole statement it was included. Nor do you look at other statements from people. Look at John Adams, who was the President abd quite possibly the driving force for the founding of the nation coming to fruition.
Christianity, while not involved with our Govt, is necessary for our govt.
The bulk of the statement was not in the new treaty. The wording of the new treaty was different in many ways and the bulk of the statement I referenced is still in there as Article 14, not 11.
One of the quotes I linked is from John Adams. You're doing exactly what you're accusing me of, cherry picking and ignoring context and evidence to the contrary. As always, projecting.
False.
Not a cult.
like they said revisionist history. 2nd amendment types won the revolutionary and the democrats lost the Civil War. But don't let that stop your communistic lies trying to finally win a war.The Revolutionary, the Civil, go lose another war conservative wimp.
Sorry, that argument point of attack belongs to me. I know, you beta cucks want to be me (especially Sammysdog) but, you have a long way to go and a lot of growing up to do. Not to mention transforming yourself into a man.False.
Well ignorance is bliss so stay blissful little one. You missed the point as usual.
False. See, that is how it is done. Make your point real.Link? There are disputes about the translation of the Arabic version but regardless of the translation that is the English version that was unanimously ratified by the US Senate..

Bare Shelves Biden...
Well Dion, here you go. Damn I'm good.Better read more into that Dion. In 1805, after the treaty was broken, and new almost identical one was approved, that statement you posted was removed.

Boom! and Dion is spanked again. Too dumb to learn the lesson though.By the President of the United States of America, a Proclamation.
Whereas it is the duty of all Nations to acknowledge the providence of Almighty God, to obey his will, to be grateful for his benefits, and humbly to implore his protection and favor-- and whereas both Houses of Congress have by their joint Committee requested me to recommend to the People of the United States a day of public thanksgiving and prayer to be observed by acknowledging with grateful hearts the many signal favors of Almighty God especially by affording them an opportunity peaceably to establish a form of government for their safety and happiness.
Now therefore I do recommend and assign Thursday the 26th day of November next to be devoted by the People of these States to the service of that great and glorious Being, who is the beneficent Author of all the good that was, that is, or that will be-- That we may then all unite in rendering unto him our sincere and humble thanks--for his kind care and protection of the People of this Country previous to their becoming a Nation--for the signal and manifold mercies, and the favorable interpositions of his Providence which we experienced in the course and conclusion of the late war--for the great degree of tranquility, union, and plenty, which we have since enjoyed--for the peaceable and rational manner, in which we have been enabled to establish constitutions of government for our safety and happiness, and particularly the national One now lately instituted--for the civil and religious liberty with which we are blessed; and the means we have of acquiring and diffusing useful knowledge; and in general for all the great and various favors which he hath been pleased to confer upon us.
and also that we may then unite in most humbly offering our prayers and supplications to the great Lord and Ruler of Nations and beseech him to pardon our national and other transgressions-- to enable us all, whether in public or private stations, to perform our several and relative duties properly and punctually--to render our national government a blessing to all the people, by constantly being a Government of wise, just, and constitutional laws, discreetly and faithfully executed and obeyed--to protect and guide all Sovereigns and Nations (especially such as have shewn kindness unto us) and to bless them with good government, peace, and concord--To promote the knowledge and practice of true religion and virtue, and the encrease of science among them and us--and generally to grant unto all Mankind such a degree of temporal prosperity as he alone knows to be best.

We do what we’re told…..The Milgram Experiment!
Lol “not about left Vs right” always says the Democrat as they try to BS you to pass what they want and never compromise. This is also the group who dehumanizes and trashes conservatives constantly. 🖕 you old man and your entire legion of evil.
I think itll be closer than that. For some reason we always play Georgia tough. Even in the years we were absolutely horrible they wouldn't really blow us out. Kentucky is gonna come to play. I dont expect a win though because we would need to play absolutely perfect and that's gonna be hard against them. But we will keep it within 10-14 most of the game IMO.I expect to get crushed tomorrow but will cheer for a miraculous upset.
Prediction
Georgia 37
Kentucky 14
If we win, I’ll go back and edit. 😂
If they (Mexico) don't like it they can kindly shut the eff up and stop allowing them to come into their country in the first place. You let them in then they are your problem.I guess when you're an abysmal failure... you finally go back to what worked...
US Plans to Reinstate 'Remain in Mexico' Policy Next Month
The Biden administration said it plans to reinstate a Trump-era border policy next month to make asylum-seekers wait in Mexico for hearings in U.S. immigration court, complying with a judge's order. It hinges on approval of the Mexican government, which has raised concerns...www.newsmax.com
Easiest solution is abandon the California ports. Let them suffer for their decision making while everything gets brought in elsewhere. Will be a pain in the butt but time to send them around through the Panama Canal and then up to the Gulf of Mexico states to be unloaded. Let California run out of everything and reap what they sow.The California Version of The Green New Deal and an October 16, 2020, EPA Settlement With Transportation is What’s Creating The Container Shipping Backlog – Working CA Ports 24/7 Will Not Help, Here’s Why
The trucking issue with California LA ports, ie the Port of Los Angeles (POLA) and the Port of Long Beach (POLB), is that all semi tractors have to be current with new California emissions standards. As a consequence, that mean trucks cannot be older than 3 years if they are to pick up or deliver containers at those ports. This issue wipes out approximately half of the fleet trucks used to move containers in/out of the port. Operating the port 24/7 will not cure the issue, because all it does is pile up more containers that sit idle as they await a limited number of trucks to pick them up. THIS is the central issue.
:
On October 16, 2020, the EPA reached a settlement agreement [DATA HERE] with California Air Resource Board (CARB) to shut down semi tractor rigs that were non-compliant with new California emission standards:
:
In effect, what this 2020 determination and settlement created was an inability of half the nation’s truckers from picking up anything from the Port of LA or Port of Long Beach. Virtually all private owner operator trucks and half of the fleet trucks that are used for moving containers across the nation were shut out.
They were around in the early 90's when I was in the Air Force. You could get a really nice shine on your boots/shoes. The black gentleman that did mine in tech school wasn't afraid to get his hands dirty and left a mirror shine on the toe of my boots. Excellent at his craft.I would definitely say hello to the shoeshine stand guy but I haven't seen a shoeshine stand in at least 40 years or more.
