Traffic is going to have to be diverted and temporarily cleared so the combine can back up and clear the highway. EPD is on the scene'

VP isn't a member of Congress, just President of the Senate; i.e., not a Senator. So don't see what he has to do with how/when/where the election is held per above. Net, he has to conform with what Congress decides. Where does he have authority to change what State Legislatures and/or Congress decide? Where is the VP position mentioned anywhere to be able to do anything? To me, to interpret this to say the VP has power(s) of action is a liberal's living Constitution interpretation of the Constitution, not originalist, since I see no words saying he can do anything..

About that aqua blue bridge on the left side (southbound US41)…. About 2 years ago the top of the bridge was struck by a trailer that was too tall to go under it. It was closed for over a year to make repairs.
It reopened in the spring and was struck by a too-tall trailer just 2 weeks later. This time INDOT condemned the bridge and they’re going to have design and build a new one.
Thankfully I don’t travel that way very often.
I think that the point is they are all lawyers and actually until they are convicted in a court of law for something, they do what they want. Nothing happened to the FBI lawyer who changed documents in the FISA court. Caught red handed. He is probably making big money somewhere.
