The problem was he did it earlier that season and it went for a big play. The crowd went nuts for it.
Doesn’t work out so well or get quite the same reaction when it results in a TD for the opposing team.

I was a UK bb fan back in the mid 60’s but didn’t follow the football. In 71 or 72, I was coming home one afternoon after playing BB.
I happened to turn on the game and UK was leading Bama and Bear Bryant 14-0 at the half. I was hooked!
Needless to say, we lost 28-14 and it seemed we always lost that way until coach Brooks. And now with Stoops, we seem to always have a chance.
IB program or not, if it’s public school they can jack it up.

No left leaning agenda. Last night they had a Dr on who is very high up at Baylor Univ. Not a vaccine fan or mask wearing fan at all. Too bad our so-called leaders haven't listened to him and others like him.

So a virus not going away because people won't take the vaccines that American companies produced is the President's policy failure? How would you rectify this? What policy needs to be put in place?
You don't understand youth suicide and mental health issues at all if you think helicopter parents not allowing their children to face adversity is the problem. That's possibly the most inaccurate and naive thing I have ever read on this board.
Want to know what the problems are? No parental involvement due to substance abuse or just being a deadbeat and/or the young person has been physically or sexually abused by a guardian or caretaker. Basically the exact opposite of a helicopter parent.
Talk to any group of young girls identifying as transgendered or lesbian and almost every single one of them has a dad or uncle or family friend who sexually assaulted them.
This is not popular with either side of the political aisle because liberals do not want to admit that these identity issues are often mental health issues and conservatives only see all of this as sin and refuse to look at the person experiencing the issue or to empathize with them at all.
You either use the power of collective will(government) to do something about it or you shut up. You have no right to complain if you oppose the solution.

Trump teed up the vaccines' availability & distribution. Biden & the CDC F-ed the messaging on vaccines & masks (I.e., why mask if vaccines work - as they do?). I'd rectify it by getting rid of Biden & the rest of the Dim government.

The vaccine doesn’t stop spread. It massively reduces serious illness. Case numbers are up but deaths are down, way down for the vaccinated. That’s why everyone, including the vaccinated, should still mask. To reduce the spread. Personally my mask will remain off. With free and available vaccines anyone who doesn’t have one deserves what they get.
How can you “massively” reduce serious illness when talking about a virus that causes serious illness in 0.0000000000000000000069% of cases? SCIENCE!!!!

I don't know anyone that is sick...family, friends, people you deal with in your profession...Not only do I not know anyone sick with covid, I haven't heard anybody recently say something like 'oh, my uncle has got it bad. it is the covid'...
If some new variant was sooooo awful, guess what, you would know a lot of sick people or you would be sick. I have an aunt, who about three months ago was at the hospital for covid, she is in her 70s...that is like the last person I know that had it. Seems like everybody you know is going about their summer like normal, but when you turn on the news or listen to the dems you would think millions were dying.

There are a lot of people in the world. Even a low fatality rate kills a lot of people. But studies say about 94-97% of people currently hospitalized in the US due to covid are unvaccinated. Compare that to the 50% overall vaccination rate and it’s obvious how effective the vaccine is at preventing serious illness.
My sister’s SIL has it. She caught it from her aunt who just passed away from it. Neither had covid last year though.
I don’t know anyone who had covid already, have covid again.
