It wasn’t a remodel. It was a full bathroom install where there existed no rough in. The concrete floor needed to be trenched. I started getting quotes from different places years ago. I did not see a significant increase from what was previously quoted and what I paid when I decided to get the work done recently. I think things like food and gas prices fluctuate and are temporary. People are also making more. I think you are overstating the issues a bit as well as the long term prospects. The beautiful thing about all that is we will see. One thing is for certain, there will be exaggerations on all sides.

If I had Twitter and was compelled to follow Trump's tweets, if I didn't have to pay for my own gas and food, if I didn't invest a little extra money for the future, then I'm sure I would feel that President Biden is a major upgrade. Unfortunately, I have never had Twitter. Gas prices have doubled with food prices climbing, while the little I had saved in stocks is falling every day. Guess it's my own fault. I suppose if I had Twitter I would understand why all of this is necessary.
Haha the funny thing is, even in your hypothetical where if you had to have a Twitter and had to follow Trump's tweets. Even if they were so mean, it takes literally a quick flick of your thumb to scroll past his tweet so you wouldnt have to even read it haha.
I cant stand people who put more stock into what a president says and how he says it, compared to the policies he puts in place and how they affect the day to day life of the country. Its much much easier to just not listen to a president if you dont like the things he says, compared to trying to avoid the idiotic policies they put in place.
