I’m still interested in UK sports, although my devotion to Men’s basketball took a major dive this past season. But yeah, as far as pro sports, I very casually follow the NFL and that’s it.

Italy has the best players on the planet historically. Italians play a European and South American style football. Italy had Mario batelli but hasnt relied on exploiting its colonial past to bring players from Africa the way the brits, french or other teams do. The economist obviously gives no shits for football they only care if teams are multicultural.
