Under appreciated for now. Will get his due later. Great player and more significant that we realized.

I wish he’d have stayed for a senior year. He’d have left top scorer (accumulated) and rebounder in history and that would have netted him more post basketball playing days money.

Ppat^2 is one of the last players that knew he was playing for the name across the chest. Actually developed here too. Hard to hate a player like that.

I always felt like if Patterson had committed earlier, Tubby wouldn't have gone to Minnesota. Draymond Green was committed to UK when Tubby left. We had a real good shot at getting 7-footer Kenny Frease in that class, and he went on to have a good career at Xavier.
