I think he is dodging fouls so he can accumulate stats. Just my opinion.

It's an issue with all our bigs frankly and coaches have about 6 weeks to get it right.

There are what seems like a few times a game where Oscar gives a driver an open lay-up so he can instead get in position to rebound. Those times he could easily get in front of the driver and challenge if he wanted to. May be he’s trying to avoid fouls but it’s not a great look for him.
