What would stop us from doing it after he finished playing? Just hire him to do a commencement or something and pay him out.
He'll be bopping around Grand Rapids and Toledo in the G-league.. playing a higher caliber type of player than he would here.. likely making less money.

I wish Oscar the best of luck. Wonderful young man. But damn that hurts. Without Oscar grabbing rebounds and taking up space, I can see us getting manhandled by some teams next year.
