The ball comes out of Leary's hand really well, he has a strong arm. We have some damn good receivers too, we should be playing no huddle. We would have these shit teams on their heels all game if we did that.
Are you using 'Watch espn' or 'espn'? They shut watch espn down a couple years ago.
I don’t know what you are complaining about. It was 3rd down and we had two timeouts. It was either TD or kicking a FG…and leaving as little time on the clock as possible.
It worked because it's Akron. I don't see that working against SEC teams.
I'm glad we scored, but our offensive tempo is AWFUL.
New system with a new C and QB. Line protections aren't spot on and take time to convey. QB isn't able to relay plays as efficiently to a lot of players (including our top 3 WRs) who haven't been in this system. Coen's system isn't a run and gun tempo style, but there's a lot going into the offense that's causing it to get bogged down.
Because our offensive tempo sucks. End of discussion.

Probably because high scoring offense wins these days and we won't play like that with either of our big sport's coaches. Look at Bama without their better offenses.
Isn't that kind of on Barion? On a deep sideline route like that, doesn't he need to make sure he gets the DB to the center of the field enough to give Leary a place to put the ball?
I agree....and I don't know why we aren't doing it.
Hopefully we blow them out in the 3rd qtr and get some play time for our bench guys.
