They've been on him from jump. He's from Boston area, idolized Terrence Clarke and a lot of ties with him. He's with Expressions (Nick Richards/Terrence Clarke's AAU team) so there's a lot of connections with Dybantsa/UK. Team USA usually struggles at this level due to their top 19 yr olds going to the Draft and not being in the event. Cal lost to Canada back in Summer in Semifinals.
