Need them to pull this one out- want them to be top 10 when we kick their ass in Rupp.

Future UK opponent Penn is also beating #21 Villanova right now.

This would really hurt the ACC, a conference that's already going to struggle for Q1 opportunities.

So if UK drops a spot because we beat our cupcakes by a lot.. Does that mean Miami will drop after struggling to win theirs?

Miami up by 10 with a little over 3 to go. They SHOULD win this.

Penn up 11 on Nova with just under 4 to go at the Palestra.

BIg win for Penn if it holds.

A lot of people don't understand that Miami lost some damn good players last year! Not even close to the same team.

Cool, another one of those "a good team is on the ropes" threads that doesn't pan out with the good team actually losing.

@Tampa_cat54 was playing to the jinx.

He wanted Miami to win, so UK's win over them later meant more.

Want the better team to come back an win, post a thread here about them losing and voila!

Absolutely not, only Kentucky gets punished for winning games by 20 and 40 points.
Yeah, only Kentucky. And Texas. And UNC. Guess the media just hates all of us and has it out for the Longhorns and the Tarheels too.

Looking ahead to Miami, they are very starter-heavy. They remind me of the UK team in 03/04, with the 5 starters getting 35 MPG, and shorter bigs.

This is a team we match up with really well. We can go with three guards if we wanted as Poplar is their wing and is really a guard. Theiro and Mitchell can easily play against Cleveland and Omier.
