Marques Bolden coming to BBM!!

Giles could absolutely end up at UK.

It does appear duke leads but cal has been on him a few years and he is coming back to his second BBM. When you have uk and duke, who happen to be the biggest names by far in the game with k and cal hot on your tail, I wouldn't be shocked with whatever his final decision is.
I do have a hard time seeing WF really with a legitimate shot. No disrespect to them, but if you know you are the likely 1 pick and want to win a title, there are really only 2 schools in consideration.

According to reports, Marques Bolden has been among the standout performers at USA Basketball Mini-Camp in Colorado Springs this weekend.

LOL, what in the world did the Mods do? The original thread title was "When is the Miles Bridges announcement"? The troll OP started it a few minutes after he committed to MSU trying to rub it in. Don't know why they didn't just delete the thread. The first two posts from me and BostonCat were referring to the original thread title.

You can't teach size. Bolden looks more skilled and athletic than Dakari ever was. Sign him up. Let's trust Cal's judgement.

According to a recent interview, he said he wanted to go to a place where he could step out and not just play only the 5. Seems like Kansas would be the only one who could offer him that option. It's big time getting him to BBM however, going to be there with Fox, a fellow Texan. Hopefully Gabriel is able to get back and get to recruiting with SKJ.

Gabriel will be there.

At Duke he plays the 5 exclusively with Giles and Tatum manning the 3 and 4 most of the time.

At UK, he would be interchangeable with SKJ at the 4 and 5 spots.

I really see him playing the Randle/Towns role with SKJ playing the WCS role.

I read somewhere earlier that he'll be flying to Lexington on Thursday, and attending the UK-Auburn game that night. That'll be huge also

Thanks... would be just terrible if he misses his flight out of Lexington on the 17th.

Remember just a few short weeks ago all the whining and bitching about recruiting by a select group on this board?

Thread after thread, post after post. Cal has lost his touch, the platoons killed recruiting, Duke this, Duke that, Coach K this, Coach K that. Remember all that?

Yeah, [laughing] @ those fools. Maybe they'll finally learn that doubting Cal, especially when it comes to recruiting, isn't the smartest thing to do.

While reading through the "Seems Like Pitino Is Taking Left Overs" thread that was bumped up yesterday, I couldn't help but laugh at some of the comments made about Cal and UK's recruiting. Now after seeing this post it makes that much more funnier.

Calipari visited him again today (Tuesday.) Re; same guy mentors him as did Julius Randle.

Starting to look like UK to me!

After seeing how good Randle was when he got here I really have a lot of faith in Jeff Webster as a mentor and trainer.

Really hope we get Bolden
