They say if you live by the three you die with the three. Will that be us this season ?

I mean, some of you act like we're ONLY capable of shooting 3's.

While we want to shoot a lot of 3's, that's not the only thing we'll do. Having high level shooters that are legit threats at 4/5 spots will give us amazing spacing (something we haven't seen in 15 years). Guys will have an easier time getting in the paint and getting easy buckets.

I just do see all 10 three points shooters going cold in the same game. Now maybe we run into a defense that keys on Robinson so maybe Brea, Carr and Oweh have open shots all night. Just reverse the names for a certain game. NO coach can prepare a game play to shut down 10 three point shooters. just saying.........
You don't need all 10 guys going cold to have bad night shooting 3s. If before the game you knew who would go cold, sure we'll have enough other shooters to avoid a bad night. But you don't. And at what point do you tell a certain guy to stop shooting? You probably don't, because who's going to tell a 40% three point shooter to not shoot? So we'll still have a night where we shoot 20% from three because 1 or 2 guys went cold and took the bulk of our shots. If a guy like Brea is 1-7 do you tell him to stop shooting 3s? No.

GS had two hall of famers for their first championship, and three hall of famers for 2 and 3. All of which could go get their own shot whenever they wanted.

This UK team has no one that is even close to being a top 10 player in college basketball, let alone 3 of them.

I am hoping someone can prove to be able to get their own shot when the shot clock is winding down or at the end of the game. Defenses tighten and refs swallow their whistles in those situations, making it next to impossible to run your normal offense. Need a dude (preferably two) who can break down a defense in those crucial situations and take over. Have no idea if UK has that.
But Golden State was also playing a LeBron James led NBA team.

We don't have to be the Golden State Warriors because we won't ever play LeBron. We have to shoot it at a high level, and use the spacing that creates to get in the paint.
