A lot can change during a full season but for game 1 - Louisville looks pretty similar to previous years even with the new coaching staff and new roster. Decent at the skill positions but unimpressive lines and an overall lack of physicality.

Seemed like a mild upgrade to me when they hired him, but it's fascinating that not a single Louisville fan considered that he would be equal to or lesser than Satterfield. I know every fan base says this about their rival, but they honestly might be the most emotional fan base. Any time they hire someone they're completely 100% in and then they're 100% out at the drop of a hat. Feels like they have very few "wait and see" fans
