In the past couple days I've been told by posters here that

1) Okafor roomed with a billionaire at Duke.
2) Kennards dad made statements about how Duke negatively recruited against UK.
3) Johnny Dawkins was fired because of a cheating scandal.

None of these are true. But I'm sure everyone here "knows" everything else they are talking about.

I gave you a link where he talked about rooming with future billionaires.. Did you even bother taking time to think about it or even read it? Because you know... thats the first thing all duke recruits think of on their own when thinking about Duke...and not lead on to be believed by coaches or anyone else right?

Or were we both psychic to know that Okafor and Jones would always be at Duke? Or that Cam Reddish was in the bag? Or that Quickley will be a Cat. People talk. They don't say it publicly, but there are ways of making things known.

You can believe it's a coincidence if you'd like. But it makes zero sense to say that Duke and Kansas negatively recruit against us but that Louisville or North Carolina or some other school we hate doesn't if it's all made up. And it isn't a jealousy issue, because Kansas only gets our scraps and they're still known for it.

I believe every program "negatively" recruits. Just depends on what your definition of what is negative. If a kid asks, "how do you distinguish your program for that of Kentucky" is a coach supposed to not answer that direct question? If he does, is that negative recruiting?

Also, I also believe every program cheats. Guaranteed.

Neither does Duke, but it's well known Capel trashes UK and skews stats to make UK bad for guys that both schools are recruiting and wouldn't know better otherwise.

Did Newman not transfer from Miss State ? Transfer U and those kind of things.
