Clemson, Ohio State, Georgia, now Alabama....
Great post spot onI'm not upset.. What Pope has been able to do, with a roster that was thrown together in a few months... Is unreal... I can't wait till he gets some players that he really wants, and not just those that where available.. Alabama just had better athletes, and people that can shoot, and dribble. They where just able to drive on us at will, and we struggle doing it, and most of the time we are out of control... The future is bright.
It’s hard to be dominant when you are not allowed to play defense and the other team is allowed to foul without impunity.I completely agree with this and it bothers me too. I miss the days when it was possible to be dominant in basketball.
There’s no such thing as basketball and football schools in the NIL/Portal era. Playing field has leveled. Indiana made the CFP and Florida Atlantic has played in the final four.
Because Alabama didn’t play wayyyy over their heads. Best they’ll play all season. Book it! Not to mention, they shot over 80% from the FT line. Well over their average. How did Ole Miss beat this bunch
Forced 21 turnovers, which is probably the one consistently exploitable weakness of this Alabama team, and limited them to 4 offensive rebounds. We didn’t really do great in either of those areas today. How did Ole Miss beat this bunch
That's because the SEC was historically a glorified church rec team in basketballI completely agree with this and it bothers me too. I miss the days when it was possible to be dominant in basketball.
