A decent coach helps his team find a way to win. Cal let them down big time by not reining in reeves. It was garbage coaching

I hate Cal’s offensive philosophy more than anyone. But he’s at least figured something out with this group. It’s their defensive shortcomings that will get them bounced the first weekend of the dance. They struggle to guard the ball consistently, and don’t have a dominant shot blocker. Doesn’t make sense with athletes like Wallace, Livingston and Toppin…but defense will be the reason we lose roughly 18-19 days from now.
I've moved beyond sad and now it's just comical. If I were these coaches, regardless of how hapless they all are, they all should consider a career move ASAP and leave Lexington on a dead run. Calipari is a career killer ... and a Program killer.
You are correct. Can't make FTs and can't take care of the ball. No PG to run the offense. No one capable of simply passing the ball to a posted up Oscar. They have 1 TO and we have 10 TO on our own court. They made big-time shots and we did not. Par for the course for this team. This is how this team's season will end.
At the next game, also using a Rupp tactic, the players should ask Cal to walk out to center court before the Arkansas game and pull his trousers down to his ankles, so that, Calipari could at least say he "did something".
