Many awesome Nashville Hot Chicken spots. I've visited two.
1. Hattie B's: I visited Hattie B's Midtown location 5 years ago. Long lines. Laid-back atmosphere. Clean and sorta hipster. Wonderful eats.
2. Prince's Hot Chicken: Visited Ewing Dr. restaurant December, 2016. Prince's made Nashville Hot Chicken famous. Spicy is an understatement. You might ease into the various heat levels and start with mild. The old Ewing Drive location was a dump, with an hour wait time for food. I've read the new restaurant is really spacious, clean and offers good food.
Hattie B's Hot chicken and fries. Also enjoyed the greens and back-eyed peas. Little Harpeth Pilsner complimented this fare quite nicely.
Prince's Hot Chicken and Fries. I ordered Medium heat. Awesome eats.
