- Best casual solid color t-shirt brand out there?
I am a big fan of Carhartt, mainly because their talls are actually long enough to cover my torso. Nice heavy cotton though, they hold up very well. They also come in a short sleeve Henley that I like.

-sent a link to wcc...but for everyone else: ive hyped this brand on here before. Affordable American made stuff. Look in the "in stock" section if youre in a hurry...crowdfunded so "new" items take a month or so.

-It’s weird but I think with Dusunmo out at Illinois they played better as a team focusing on Cockburn as their primary go to.

I really like that team for a solid run to the F4.

-I also see Texas getting everyone back healthy and Shaka is back too. That team is flat out tenacious on defense and that backcourt is nice.

Currently sitting as a 4/5 seed that none of the one’s will want to see that second weekend as an opener.

I know EVERYONE is on Cade Cunningham, but Texas FR Greg Brown is flat out the most athletic kid in college IMO this season. Fully expect him to have a Tyus Thomas type breakout and skyrocket up the draft boards.

Cheering for Illinois to win it. Dope jerseys, fun team to watch and a cool ass coach in Underwood. My best friend at work is from that area and he is a raging Illinois fan.

He went to the Final Four in 05 when they beat UL and called his boss then at PNC (who was a big UL fan) immediately after the game and said.. BTW, I won’t be in on Monday as I’m using a vacation day.

No one will want to deal with Cockburn in the tournament. Or any time, really.

Texas starts three highly regarded veteran guards.

Ayo was a Top 30 recruit and now an upperclassman.

On theme for this year.

I’m all in on Ohio State! I think his mom loves UK more than him. So gotta go with them. Plus we totally f’d them over when they were the overall #1.

Illinois 3 top scorers are a junior, senior, and sophomore.

Their best “recruiting” is convincing guys to stick around > 1 year.

Get top talent and get them to stay until their junior seasons is a helluva idea. Easier said than done. Also takes patience. Never a strong point at UK.
It worked at UK for the century prior to Cal with little complaint.

The game has changed.

And UK was just named program of the decade by Sporting News - so Cal’s system worked pretty well.

Now, he needs to adjust again. BUT developing a team demands patience. Cal’s had us as a title contender what - 7-10 years?

Cast stones at Rudd all you want, but if your line of work was based on paying cash to droves of undocumented laborers who, in turn, send most of it back to Central America - you too would to try absolve your guilt by conspicuously buying overpriced American-made fop-goods.

Whitney Houston was a great singer, America’s sweetheart, and the most popular female singer for a long stretch. Then she married Bobby Brown, became a coke head, and passed way too early. But for most of those bad years a lot of us thought she was going to make a comeback and return to her former glory. That of course never happened.

My point is, things end - and they often end badly and quickly. We recognized it was happening with Tubby, and now I think we’re seeing it with Cal. Perhaps we should move on before our program is discovered dead in a bathtub.

I'm happy to be patient if we get guys back when they should come back. It's tough to be patient when you routinely have guys leave who should have stayed, and guys who need to stay a couple of years that bail and go to another program. The way Cal runs the program is built on instant gratitude because every year is a one-shot deal. Hopefully, he makes some serious changes in the off-season.
