I didn’t understand Hanks’s end game in Splash. You think an hour later he was like, “wait, she’s now half a fish forever and I’m stuck down here with no TV, no friends, no booze, no nothing?”

Obviously, you never effed a fish.

If they didn't cancel Dr. Seuss for the caricatures, it would have been for cheating on his wife when she allegedly had cancer which resulted in her suicide. He then married his mistress.

This culture mang.

Wow, thanks for the SPOILER ALERT

- One time in high school I was watching a CFL game late one night (because I never got invited to parties), and at halftime they had a promotion called the "Dodge Caravan VAN JAM", where they literally tried to fit as many school-aged kids inside a mini-van as possible. Kids were just crammed into every single nook and cranny of that thing, bodies all contored, faces pressed up against the glass. It was simultaneously alarming and breathtakingly entertaining.

- The new McD's spicy sandwich I just tried was gross. Maybe it was just a bad one. Did get cheese on it, but still...no dice.

- I'm not really sure what I expected from Ben Howland at MSU, but it was definitely better than 80 losses and a sub-.500 SEC record in 5 1/2 seasons.

I rented a Ford Expedition LE last week for the ski trip. Nice rig. I think you could do it this way.

Front row: 5
- 3 in the passenger seat, 1 on the console, 1 driver
Second row: 8
- Four seated, four on laps
Third row: 6
- Three seated, three on laps
Back: 8
- Piled in with knees to chest

Alternatively, you could probably put all the seats down and just go knees to chest and get 22 in the back, but it’s gonna be tight.

Edit: I take that back, I put the third row down. There is no way you could fit 8 in the back with the third row up. These people must have been piled up on top of each other. Just terrible.

The tweet says the SUV hit the gravel truck, the picture indicates the exact opposite. Either way, I can barely stand to be in an elevator for 2 floors when it's asses to elbows. The thought of being in that SUV at all is 🤮, let alone being involved in a high-impact collision.

Tom Hanks was properly rated in A League Of Their Own, as it's widely accepted he was fantastic.

Jon Lovitz. That's who you were looking for. Now HE was underrated in that movie.

Have never had anything for Geena Davis. Hard pass for me.

Lori Petty, just really annoying imo. There were so many better choices for Point Break too...

Jon Lovitz was fantastic at Comedy off Broadway couple years ago.

-In early 1990's we put 18 in a Chevy Blazer and drove from Bardstown to Thunder over Louisville. Looking back that was probably a bad idea.

-Visited Dad's Favorites for the first time in a year and a half today. Man that shopping center could be used for an 80's retro TV shoot. Arcade, jewelry shop, shoe repair shop, laundry mat, alterations shop. barber shop with rotating pole. Like a time machine.

-Gotten used to the broken hand but where I busted my knee is killing me. Walking is no problem but sitting with leg bent sucks. Probably a knee drain in my future. ::sickface:

-Everyone back in 5 day a week school now in the WOFOCO. Shew.

-Parents got their first shot today. Big load off my mine. They fit in the just under 70 but retired range which just now became available.

-Really looking forward to Cuomo getting his due. If you write a book about how well you did in a pandemic when actually your state is #1 in deaths then you get what is coming to you. He's no different than Trump or Bevin. Egotistical bully.

-Told Ribsandwhitebread that I was disappointed in last Saturdays game but that was all due to pride and you know what Marcellus Wallace says about pride.

All in on Liz Shue, but Adventures in Babysitting my first choice.

Kathleen Turner in Romancing the Stone was smoke...nowadays not so much.

Elvira has surprisingly held up well over the ages, but Christy Brinkley is the gold standard.
