Buddy across the hallway from me in Haggin Hall (89-90) knew Gorman from growing up in Hopkinsville. We went up and saw them at Bogarts in Cincy when they were just getting started. I've been a huge fan ever since. Incredible live R&R band.

His sports talk radio show on Fox several years ago was a solid listen. Remember stumbling across it one day and being surprised it was the same dude from the Crowes. Great mixture of sports talk and humor, dude knows his stuff.

Mitch said "Look, Nick. This isn't personal and you know this is the part of the job I hate. But after two and a half brutal seasons, ultimately I had to do what was best for the University. And that means I can't give you a lifetime contract with a one-sided buyout, just a three year extension. Gosh darn it, I hate doing this. Please understand it's a business decision..."

Further unrelated note, the OH MY BELLY guy ended up "allegedly" murdering two girls a few years after high school. It was an "unsolved mystery" for a few years. They had found the bodies of two girls in a car in the bottom of a pond IIRC. He ended up later arrested, charged with murder, and then hung himself in the county jail. Growing up he was one of the funniest people I knew. Not sure what happened with him, but obviously not good.

Are you confusing your own life experiences with an Aaron Hernandez documentary?

Bought a bottle of Blantons today. Got a good spot where I get it regularly for $99, no time to run to Frankfort for cheaper. Wish I could find EH Taylor single barrel more. That’s my favorite thus far in my early days of trying better
bourbons.

Think I’m going to try and knock some rust off tomorrow at Champions. 🏌️‍♂️

IF Cal loses Allen there are just no words for how awful that would be.

We win tomorrow 76-69. Perfect tip time at 4.

Yup. That and Makers Cask which I actually bought here for $31 this fall (neck coupon for $5 off) are pretty comparable to these rarer and more sought-after barrel proofs.

I’m sipping on some MM cask strength right now, actually. Great bourbon.

Krazy, was just in DEP’s an hour ago, and your three wheated bottles all occupy some prominent shelf space. Front and center in the “special” section. See what you can do about lowering the prices on those things though man, some of us aren’t tycoons and have a budget to mind.

I’m already working on a buzz so take what I say with a grain of salt but my once hatred for ol’ Roy is waning a bit. Still hate Carolina as much as anything ...

I get $33 a bottle bud, the rest isn’t going to me.

Their price shouldn’t be more than $65-70

That’s on them then. Cork n Bottle in louisville just sold a whole barrel in 1 day at $69.99.

Dep’s paid $51 from the distributor just like all these other stores have for the toasted wheat.

I’m probably over too. Entering a month worth of time while my kids try to beat the shit out of each other and my wife is late coming home from work with fish-fry pickup.

And my time adds up to a lot less than I thought it would. Shit. Will be working this weekend.

Bourbon fixes a lot of problems.

These road blues work, although you can barely see them lol.

Walter Berry(one of my favorite non UK players growing up, him and Wayman Tisdale), Chris Mullin and Mark Jackson ended our run the next game .

That’s interesting info. Hell of a margin they’re looking for.

Yes it is and interesting that they are owned by Liquor Barn and even they sold it for less than that and most of theirs is gone now.

Typically your stores are looking for a 25-30% margin on most stuff.

Anyway, just so you know I try my damndest to get people this stuff as cheap as I can. I do not like the over charging that happens at all!
