Pretty much the same thing happened except he picked up the ball and threw it, didn't get it past the LOS, and got called for intentional grounding, thus a safety lol

A long snap over the QB’s head. He picked up the ball and heaved it out of bounds to avoid the sack, but it didn’t cross the line the scrimmage so he was flagged for intentional grounding, hence a safety.
