That’s just the football one though right Dave? Afaik basketball doesn’t have anything until this new thing kicks in.
The way Kentucky uses the collective currently is aimed at all student athletes. It is my understanding that la familia will be set up for only the basketball athletes. My understanding about this is limited
I don't believe basketball is involved. Cal has been VERY outspoken against taking on collectives.
I don't believe he's doing interviews saying he doesn't want to do collectives and has collectives at the same time.
By the way I'm thinking there will be at least two more additions to the squad by Friday. Wednesday which is tomorrow could be the day for the first one which I believe will be Cyril. I believe Reeves will also. I think hart wants UK over Indiana but it may hinge on Reeves. Hart might even come aboard anyway just to spite IU and all things Indiana since his dad who is his coach has been dismissed.
Thank you for that. Radiation and chemo is done for the time being so we'll have to wait a couple more weeks in order for the radiation to totally disappear from my body before I can get another scan

Everyone in the top 10 is a football school.
Once La Familia is adjusted into the mix, I expect UK to have the best NIL collective among the basketball programs.
I'm thinking Reeves will announce he's coming back tomorrow as well but I'm just guessing as to when it might be

These collectives make me want to stop watching college sports. If a school doesn't have rich donors, they can't be competitive.
College sports is now minor league professional

I hope I am right too but with Reeves it's been a mystery. I have been conversant with Gerald Fitch over the years and something he said after he left UK was in response to my asking why he decided on UK. And of course that's way before n i l. His response was hey man it's all about the benjamins. So I'm thinking Reeves is thinking likewise but then so are a lot of other folks. About Gerald, originally from Macon Georgia he has now become the head coach of Central Georgia technical college basketball program. I wish him well.

have you heard something regarding Cyril or are you just speculating. Would like to see Hart join with Sheppard for a future shooting backcourt & add Travis Perry as well. Heard anything about Brown? Is he even considering UK?
