I've seen mixed opinions this offseason on position groups I felt were pretty solid. Just going to give MY grades to each position group in terms of confidence heading into the season and would be interested to hear from others:
QB: C+ w/ optimistic upside for BVG
RB: C+ due to current injury but I like DSK
WR: B+ I believe in what Shorts can do as a coach (i believe still underrated going into season)
OL: B- some worries about Cox injury but I thought they were decent last year and have maybe improved starter talent
TE: B so deep and talented; just need to prove it on field
DL: A- Deone is a generational talent for our program
LB: B+ experience and talent across but depth worries me
CB: B- Hairston single-handedly brings up the grade; easily more upside here
S: C probably the group I have the worst handle on going into the season
K: B+ dude was consistently good last year
P: ?? reports of new guy bombing kicks but we'll see
