He just announced he is going to draft, let’s hope all the other announcements come quickly so Kentucky can make moves
So he is gone, now Kentucky needs to focus on wings like Tyson from Belmont or somebody in that realm

Yes, hopefully the coaching staff tells these guys we aren’t going to sit around and wait for months. Not a huge loss IMO.

Why don’t they all just announce this is just so stupid they do about 1 a week. It’s not like you did anything special to warrant spreading the announcements out to 1 a week just do them all at once. So the team can get on with business as usual and pick up other players.

Agreed. What a sad ending it ended up being for him here. He did so much to seemingly turn the corner then seemed like he regressed against TAMU and then again against Oakland. That missed dunk in the 2nd half against Oakland was sadly one of the key turning points I think.
Yeah no doubt. Atleast Edwards has a good 2 week period, ugo & Bradshaw are nowhere near good enough to be prolonging big announcements,
I agree with the sentiment, but I’m pretty sure the staff knows who’s coming back and who’s leaving. The only potentially on the fence is Sheppard. They should be out making contact with portal recruits now instead of waiting for these “announcements” to trickle in.

Not unexpected but still disappointing. I hope it works out for him but I’d be surprised if he makes a roster, if he gets drafted at all.

That said, he's making the right move. Historically bad draft class and another season of tape on him would probably lead to him falling off draft boards altogether.

At least his annoucement is early and clear cut.He's gone so now get a transfer.

He's 20 years old already. No way he was coming back.
Yeah if he was an above average athlete I'd say there's still hope for him because of his size but he'd be in the bottom 2-3% of the league in terms of athleticism and isn't particularly skilled either.
His upside outcome is probably one of the better Euro leagues if he can become a knockdown shooter a few years down the line or something.
This is what turns me off about UK.Duke got the big flopper back last season and his draft status was way better than Justin's.
