Does a double digit loss to a double digit loss team hurt Duke?

It only makes them stronger losing by double digits to shit teams back to back weeks
Well a 22 point loss did absolutely nothing to them so I would imagine a 12 point loss in double OT can only help them.
Dont worry guys, they will win on Saturday and all the media guys will forget about this loss...
BTW, in the NET system, OT games are capped at 1 point. So to the NET this is only a 1 point loss for Duke.
Dook is a joke! I have said it all year. Now SFA, Clemson, NCST, and WF. That's 4 bad losses. What 2 or 3 seed has 4 bad losses like that?

Yeah I know. I was reading up on it the other day trying to figure out more about how each component is calculated and saw that. Regulation games are capped at 10 but OT games are capped at 1. Not sure the reasoning behind it.
I've heard from others here that winning by double digits helps, so I imagine losing must also.
But oddly enough.. Wake forest is 108 in NET.. despite 15 losses and being a bottom feeder.

What's sad, is that if Duke wins on Saturday, they will probably be right.

Dook is not a 2 seed. When do their bad losses start counting? SFA, Clemson, NCST and now 109th WF. Should have had another one in the 90s but the refs screwed UNCheats and saved the Dookies.
My guess would be to eliminate outliers to some degree. OT loss being 1 point is odd but I suppose an 8 point loss in OT isn’t as reflective as an 8 point loss in regulation. I see both sides, but I don’t think it makes sense to have it at 1. I think 5 is more reasonable.
This loss will absolutely knock Duke down in the polls and metrics. NC State isn’t good but they’re not totally awful. Wake is 12-15. They’re terrible. This loss will really hurt them.
And instead of ignoring, you'll comment in every one of them.
Duke will pull off a win @Virginia this weekend. We will hear how Saint K has righted the ship and Duke is back on track for a 1 seed. They will drop one spot in the polls.
Duke gave up 34 points in the two OTs. Yeah most of their starters fouled out, but that’s turrible.
