Good afternoon all,
Slept in late. My Darling left about 7:30 for choir practice before the 8:30 service. The BB and I slept in and went to the late service and Sunday School. (First time I have been to church since the weather went north. I was thankful to be in the house of God today.
My Darling, the BB and I then hit some stores. No big stuff, we bought the big stuff yesterday. My Darling get's to sleep until whenever she wants in the morning. (She never sleeps past 8, ever but she has the day to herself. At 67 she needs some of those days. My Darling looks a whole lot younger than 67. About the only fight I have with my children is that they are still depending on Mom to do stuff for them. It has to stop. I keep reminding them how old their Mom is now.) The BB will go home with his Mom tonight after she get's off work at 7.
I am heading to the swamp in the morning to see what is in store. Was told last week that we are in every day now and then saw a note late yesterday about some sort of time to get things worked out. I do need to get the transit benefit set back up to where I am driving about three miles in stead of 32. Much rather take the VRE anyway but I will have to walk a bit but I can still do that thankfully. The parking will be seriously rough to find even though I have a permit.
Anyway. I am thankful and willing to go in to work. Yeah, I liked working from home but I KNOW it is best is for all to be in the office. Too many scammers. I have a really good crew but I know of many who are working two or three jobs remotely and doing nothing for each agency. Just criminal but rarely anyone is held accountable. Let's see the mentality of some others.
