I watched that team win it at Freedom Hall. Great team. Shame that all these small schools consolidated. I doubt a small school ever wins another state HS Championship.

Well, first night I've been off in a few. Been trying to somewhat keep up. With 3 teenagers there's alot going on. My brother came yesterday and visited with mom for a few hours. He lives in Nashville. Construction VP. About 5 years younger than me.
Well been watching da Bears tonight. Sorry y'all about the football game. The band plays on. BBM is near.

My Dad was the Dentist in Earlington before he moved his practice to Madisonville. We lived in Brentwood. If AM is Alan I know him from EHS. He was 3 years ahead of me.

Well, didn't go to bed yet. Wife left at 3:30, kids up at 6 so I just stayed up. Kinda quiet here in the City at 4:30 am. 57 degrees. FCC

Good morning from ATX. Currently 80°F. Estimated high today is again 100°F with possible pop-up showers. We saw another triple digit day yesterday. We're experiencing our warmest September so far on record.

Really nice day in suburban Ashland, too, Sawnee. We are at 55 this morning, going to a high of 79. Just great weather. It is getting warmer later in the week, though. We got a little rain yesterday evening. First in over 3 weeks. May get some more on Thursday. Everyone have a great day. Oh, almost forgot, prayers for Cindog.

June 22 I had my 55th. We had 17 out of the original 51.50th High School reunion this past weekend in Kentucky. Had a great time but way too many shots of Tennessee Fire.Had 19 out of the 40 that are left. Kentucky Football so far is just frustrating.
Edmonson County won in 1976. It was a consolidated school; however, Mammoth Cave takes up most of the County so it is still a small school.
My ex next door neighbor was the assistant coach, Charles Hopkins. He later took Paducah Til. to a few state tourneys but never won as head coach.
