Y looks like you can get a wall built faster than Rep. or Dem. good job!Good evening! Went and got Dad today and brought him out to my house again to help with the porch. Cooked up a beef tenderloin in the sous vide for a couple of hours and then put a crust on it in the egg. He was very happy with it.
Found out I was going to have to cut each and every board I bought for this project. Got the back wall put together and now I just need two people to help me stand it up. After I get it in place I'll install the concrete anchors. I think I'm on about Rev. VIII now. I'll be glad when it's done but it's fun watching a project come together.
I caught two significant screw ups today before they became a problem. Makes me wonder how many I missed.
I'm tired.

Did you know that MONY actually stood for "Mutual of New York"?
That's right! That's the story behind the song.Section 12 of rule 810 KAR1:016. Disqualification occurs when a leading horse or any other horse in a race swerves or is ridden to either side so as to interfere with, intimidate, or impede any other horse or jockey."
I'm going to choose to believe that rule is intended as a penalty for purposely trying to gain an advantage rather than what we saw in the Derby. "so as to" makes a good case for my side. I believe that if the rule were intended to apply to all situations, regardless of intent, it would have been worded differently.
I built it but it's still on the ground. It's a very bad floor at the moment.
I actually knew that and know that not many people do. Story I read said dude wrote the song while in NY and that sign was flashing outside the window of the hotel he was staying in.
Yeah, I saw a picture of it.warrior-cat, did you see where the Ky record largemouth bass was caught, 14lbs9ozs. The you man that caught it caught one last year that weighted 13-8 I think that's what they said!! Probably pics somewhere.
Watch out now. I'm part of that tree. hahahaha
I bet. I've zero doubt there was a wildling in your ecos as well. If we didn't haul them in, I'd be promised a fishhead for dinner. No, I thought it was mine.
Our storms started at 4:00 this morning and continues.Good morning from ATX. Currently 69°F and drying out. More lovely rain and not-so lovely thunderstorms expected later today.

Spann Lane is in the Western part of GODS' country too!!!!They will receive my prayers also!
Yeah, I saw a picture of it.
Played two softball games last night and lost both (again). Don't know why the league put us in the upper level. We have three guys 50 or older and one 61 (me). Plus a couple of 40 year olds with some youngsters mixed in. We lead both games early and faltered in the end. I usually hit pretty well but went 1 for 5 with a walk. If I had hit my normal we win the second game and we were playing the best team in the league (Ft. Sill's team).
I drove I-24 often during 1981-83 between Nashville and Hopkinsville. For those who live in the western part of GODS' country, I worked on I-24 way back in 1971, I worked on the bridge there by the Oaks Mall? Is that the mall by 24? I rented a trailer on down west of there for a while, is there a small community called Grahamville?
ATXC this bridge I worked on was just west of Paducah.I drove I-24 often during 1981-83 between Nashville and Hopkinsville.
100 Oaks Mall, maybe? Closer to I-65 in Nashville.
There's also a Kentucky Oaks Mall in Paducah.ATXC this bridge I worked on was just west of Paducah. Yea I think that's it 100 Oaks.
That sounds more like it ATXCThere's also a Kentucky Oaks Mall in Paducah.
I have a couple of Rapala's. I have 3 tackle box's full of lures of all kinds. Found the 8" stick worms to be my go to so far. Will see how well the WP does again this weekend.WC my best friend called and sent me some pictures yesterday he had gone fishing and caught about 20 bass on a Rapala Shad Rap. That's one of his favorites other than the WP.
