I'm going to choose to believe that rule is intended as a penalty for purposely trying to gain an advantage rather than what we saw in the Derby. "so as to" makes a good case for my side. I believe that if the rule were intended to apply to all situations, regardless of intent, it would have been worded differently.
I built it but it's still on the ground. It's a very bad floor at the moment.

Yeah, I saw a picture of it.
Played two softball games last night and lost both (again). Don't know why the league put us in the upper level. We have three guys 50 or older and one 61 (me). Plus a couple of 40 year olds with some youngsters mixed in. We lead both games early and faltered in the end. I usually hit pretty well but went 1 for 5 with a walk. If I had hit my normal we win the second game and we were playing the best team in the league (Ft. Sill's team).

Good morning D from the Berg! I am putting final touches on the bedroom. Slept like a baby given Benadryl last! Mrs. M said she was talking to me when I laid down but I do not remember anything! Got the yard mowed, I guess the fresh air and exercise helped to!!! Did I mention how much I hate painting! I have a little time now so I hope it's fishing and metal detecting! I hope everyone has a great day and stay safe!!!! Please say a prayer today for my son's M-I-L she is having surgery today, they found breast cancer a few weeks ago.

For those who live in the western part of GODS' country, I worked on I-24 way back in 1971, I worked on the bridge there by the Oaks Mall? Is that the mall by 24? I rented a trailer on down west of there for a while, is there a small community called Grahamville? I am getting older and I just don't remember all the little details, plus I really liked living in Paducah at that time,. I lived with my aunt and uncle after my buddy quit and came back home and me and my uncle went fishing below Barkly when ever he wasn't working for ICRR as a conductor.

I know this is no place for politics but I ran across this today and I'm going to toss it out anyway.
Fellow Patriots, the 2020 election for the presidency AND congress will undoubtedly be, by far, the most important election in our country’s history. Listening to the liberal democrats that have declared for the office of president sends cold chills down my spine. They are the most un- American conglomeration of Americans I have ever seen. I have more respect for an avowed foreign terrorist than I do for this gaggle of domestic terrorist. If one of these idiots should get elected and either house of congress be controlled by the democrats, get ready for a tyrannical government and the first people they will come after will be we conservatives. I pray this doesn’t happen , BUT, if it should , be ready for war. A loss at the polls leaves only one alternative, force. Of that I’m sure because our guns will be the first thing they come after and speaking for myself, I will never , under any circumstances, willingly turn my weapons over to the government. In short, if there’s ever a time that we need to get out the vote, 2020 is it.

I drove I-24 often during 1981-83 between Nashville and Hopkinsville.

ATXC since I have been on the D-League I have heard and seen more about Austin TX than I have in my whole life!
WC my best friend called and sent me some pictures yesterday he had gone fishing and caught about 20 bass on a Rapala Shad Rap. That's one of his favorites other than the WP.
I have a couple of Rapala's. I have 3 tackle box's full of lures of all kinds. Found the 8" stick worms to be my go to so far. Will see how well the WP does again this weekend.
