D-League

Well, that didn't take long. They are sad and the reality has set in.

Their official game thread for today has 35 posts.

Hope they have to pay the piper a pound of flesh for their NCAA violations that are still on the table.

Bury them so deep they never make it back above .500.

They are still talking 8 seed. A lost to Boston college will keep them under 20 wins because they will not beat Virginia at Virginia and a loss in the first round of the ACC tournament might push them down further.

How stooped can people get! Listening to the post game show and someone wanted to know if we would be better off without Travis!!!!!!

We have our fair share of dumbass fans that's for sure. How about the lady at the end who was so concerned about Brad's clothes? Having heard his mother and father speak, and seeing his sisters operate on twitter, he's by far the dullest knife in that block. Just let him be and be glad Cal isn't shoving him down our throat and telling us that Hagans has the asthma.

Great day for the cats! I am almost ashamed to ask but what is on PJs' shoulder and arms.

I believe it is supposed to cause increased circulation. Probably as effective as wearing a copper bracelet.

I saw a commercial for a show on TV called FBI, I was just wondering if there are going to be any episodes about lying and collusion? Just asking for a friend!!

My wife has us watching that show and I have to hold my tongue. We've seen several episodes already that feature the white nationalist guy as the baddy. Of course one of the main characters is a fine upstanding dude of ME descent and it seems like each show he has to deal with a white dude and his prejudice.

Not a bad show if you can ignore the indoctrination aspects, or if you are unaware of them.

I can't add anything to what's already been posted. How about WOW! The guys are peaking at the right time and I agree with MD and others, giving EJ and Nick extra playing time can only help the cause in March.

What a great day, and on the 34th anniversary of the Bobby Knight chair throw.

Not sure that Brucie is operating on all cylinders. BJ Boston, a top 10 guard in the 2020 class was visiting UK today and was in attendance. Most experts say that it is between UK and Auburn for his services. As if the butt kicking we gave them wasn't enough, in Bruce's post game comments he said, "if you want to get better, go to Kentucky." I would cut it out of the paper and give to Mr. Boston and tell him it was sent to him from Bruce.

The worst thing one can be in today's United States is a white man. They are the scourge of humanity.

Morning, D-League. Perfect chance to sleep in today but I may be too old to enjoy that simple pleasure in life. Man do I remember partying and drinking on Saturday Night-Sunday Morning til 3am, sleeping until around 11, then hustling to the All You Can Eat breakfast bar before it closed for 7,000 calories of bacon, sausage, eggs, biscuits, gravy, cinnamon rolls, then snoozing until 2pm.

One night like that would probably wreck me for a month now.

D-League,
Its a good morning here with 51 degrees and this strange, blue-ish color in the sky complete with a bright sunrise. I haven't seen the sun in about a week after nearly 12" inches of rain last week and just fog/gray skies every day. Nice to see as we head to early church.

Thankfully, my sump pump and drains all seem to be working strong, although they've have a workout for sure this past week. My neighbor behind me also took out a bunch of trees/bushes and now the water just flows straight from his yard into mine. Oh well, we continue on.....

I sure like the way our cats are playing and I'm exciting for Spring Training baseball games to have started. Let's have a great day.

Good Sunday morning D-League

I slept like a baby last night content and joyful after a good day of basketball. I would like to have seen Duke and UNC go down but that can wait until later. Like in the NCAA tournament. I guess it would have helped us more if Tennessee had beaten LSU because LSU holds the tie breaker against us. But perhaps they will slip up in the next week or so and we can move ahead. But meanwhile we take care of business and keep winning.

After a win like we had against Auburn I will sing the hymns louder in church this morning and lift up my voice in praise. My step will be lighter and quicker and a warm feeling will be in my soul. All is well.

It is another beautiful day that the Lord has given us, let us rejoice and be glad in it. Go Cats, Go D-Leaguers

Good morning from ATX. Currently 46°F, clear and breezy. Expecting a 65°F high today.

Sunday morning is always great after a blowout Cats win. KJ killed it on the glass yesterday. EJ and Nick Richards stepped up. Great team play. Good stuff. Go Cats!

On the home front, I've got a colonoscopy and endoscopy are scheduled for this coming Wednesday. Hate the prep, but seeing as how I have a personal history of colon cancer, this procedure is a few years overdue. Plan on taking sick days Tue and Wed.

We'll check back later. Y'all behave.
