Found out last night that I am supposed to make a chocolate mousse for thanksgiving. Rumor has it I made one last year. I don't mind cooking most anything but this is too much for me. The recipe is from Julia Child and it's 3 pages long. I have 3 hard things to make and them combine them the right way to make 1 very hard thing. I feel like I got lucky the last time and I'm not looking forward to testing fate.
