I opened up our vault and there's an old diamond tiara that my wife stopped wearing to bed years ago. You can have that too.
I hooked up the turntable and it sounds fine after all these years. Actually really damn good.
I don't have the premium membership for private messages so any suggestions you have for getting together would be greatly appreciated.
Wife and I watched Cats vs Hogs, Feb 9, 1994, earlier tonight on SEC Network. Wow. I was stationed in Germany when that game was played. Great seeing all of our former Cats. Hogs won that one. They escaped.
Finally, after three weeks of handling my job and other coworkers jobs it is back to normal next week. They were paying me overtime hours for working through lunch almost everyday to compensate. Going to tack on a few leave days at the end of the month in conjunction with Labor Day to take a break.
Now, Bahama's games to watch this next week with an easier work load during the day. Ahhhhhh. But today, back to the water for some more bass fishing.

- Lola wanted to come out here with me so I let her. Sweet thing.
- Folks, I fell again after work. I stepped up trying to get in the back door of parking garage and my step=up leg just collapsed and I fell. Wound up on my back. Two policemen helped me to my feet. Both hands were bleeding. I was a mess. Taking blood thinner so I was bleeding like a stuck pig. I must stop taking chances trying to save some steps. I didn't break any bones. Oh, well.
- 4 more days and Go Big Black.
- Sinuses pouring. Yuck.
- Stay safe today.
- Carry on.

I drove by Boone Tavern on July 6, but could not find a place to park. It was lunchtime. So I just drove back to I-75.
Going on a ride about noon today. Heading to a cookout with co-workers. Today is also our annual Hottest Day of the Year ride, but I'm not attending. Start point is 9 miles away.

Sorry to hear Don! Over this last year I've had several falls.. Garage a couple of times. Once at Church after service. This last one in our 1/2 bath, I tried to keep balance but couldn't. I've been walking in a prosthesis for over 12 years now. As I was falling I hit my head on the sink, cabinet and door. It took me a few minutes to come around and opened the door which is hard to do in a tiny bathroom and you are stretched all the way across! Second time recently I have struck my head and I think that is contributing to my falls.
Hang in there, Don, you have a partner. Hope you feel better soon!

Hate to hear that Baker is missing practices with a swollen knee. That dude is shaping up to be a no show. I was hoping to see him in the Bahamas but now it looks like he won't be ready to go. Even if his knee goes down his stamina won't allow him to keep up in this system. Maybe he'll be good to go by the start of the season.

I might catch them at the state fair if they're going back this year. I'll be going at least a couple of times and probably three.

There's a lot going on in my neck of the woods this Saturday. They blocked off several streets this morning for the annual 5K run. Also, they've blocked off a large section of Frankfort Ave. for the St. Matthews Street Festival. Always a big crowd with plenty of food, shopping, activities, booze and music.

Catfan, my 17 year old plays 2KNBA18 and is ranked 3rd in the world. He has been offered a job that has a game house in Myrtle beach. From there he hopes to be drafted by E-Sports and be assigned to a NBA team and travel from gym to gym during the season. All this is new to me and my wife so we are learning. How far away from Myrtle beach are you? FCC

I saw their Rupp concert back in 1979, maybe 1980. Took a date and I think she used me just for the tickets because she didn't return my phone calls afterwards. That or she was ticked about the pint of Wild Turkey I snuck in.
We make bulk purchases of honey and maple syrup for my morning oatmeal. Experienced a big problem recently when the honey crystallizes. A day outside in this Texas heat fixes that problem. Heh.
