Currently 75 degrees with a high today of 87 and plenty of sunshine.

70.7° F and 96% humidity. It was overcast all of yesterday and we got on little dribble of rain, not enough to measure. We could use an inch or two.
Wonderful day yesterday. I went through a bunch of pictures from my wife's aunt. I love old pictures.

She came to the part of the story where first pig was trying to gather the building materials for his home.

For 21 years I traveled up and down that road and what I saw could fill a book. Once I was doing about 80 in the middle of the night and somebody passed me so fast their tail lights were out of sight before I knew what happened. Had to be doing about 125-130. Just crazy.
Was at Park City Friday. Very very dry. Guy said they had gotten none of what we had.You paid the preacher!
I'm not sure I believe the part where he "killed him a bar when he was only three." Fake news? Or did he just destroy his teddy bar? I could see that.

Davy was big for his age.
Was working heavy until noon today, office shut down and took me out to lunch. Turned 61 today and trying to get out of the office early, wife's birthday is Friday and we ride together almost everyday since she works at Ft. Sill as well so, buying her present takes sneaky skill. Going to go all stealth on them here in about 10 minutes and disappear.
Happy birthday warrior cat. I bet you can pull it off. And an early happy birthday to the Mrs.

- Talked to #3 a few minutes ago. It was 21:15 at his base in Italy. He likes his Sgt. duty he said.
- He may be home for Christmas. Lordy I miss that boy so much.
He will enjoy the holidays also in Europe. Good place to visit during the holiday season.

Still above ground and feel pretty good. Since we returned to the river bank here in Ky. this spring it has been medical procedures and tests. She had a hip replacement early in April and one thing after another. But it is getting better.
I just got a little over an hour walk on the river, the heat, bugs and rain behaved. Meant to post this earlier but his machine, forum, me? Wouldn't work together.
Hey hey! Golf today and then to a friends house. We took a ride to Boones and I picked up another pork belly for dietary reasons. ![[winking]](http://l.yimg.com/j/assets/img/emoticons/classic/wink.r191677.gif "Winking [winking]")
Cut the skin off of it, cubed it, then made a fresh batch of bbq rub for it. Might be my best batch yet. Might let it set and marinate until Friday when I'll have time to do it up right.
Speaking of Friday. Dad has an appointment on Friday morning. That's the only time I could make it and I had to OK it with the dialysis people for him to come at a later time than usual. I have to coordinate all of his medical appointments and transportation needs. The people who are supposed to take care of everything are just not competent enough for my tastes.
I guess it's best that way because he's the only person I have to keep track of and they have many. It's worth it.

Watching them bring our boys home. Nice to see their coffins draped with an American flag. Only 55 but I pray more will follow. Our family lost warriors in battle and we were able to visit their graves. Now 55 more families can have closure. Thank you for service fallen warriors. Home at last.

Had a friend threaten to kill me tonight. I knew he'd been going through some stuff but tonight he decided to blame it all on me(he's been depressed). Called me a toxic coward, a fake person etc. who doesn't care about him. I offered to come by and talk about it and he said if I came by he was going to blow my head off.
Any suggestions about what I should do?

Tough one but my take is keep your distance. If you have a way to have some one monitor him without getting you involved may be your best move. Good luck. Depression is unpredictable at best.
We have one mutual friend who he's also mad at but is still talking to, whose been sending me messages of their conversation. Basically saying how bad of a person I am and so on.
That actually may be a good thing. If he has stated reasons for his anger maybe he will just vent and get it all out. Add in the fact that the mutual friend can provide updates on his mood and it seems like a good idea to just stay away from contacting him until it blows over.
